We have no down, no qualifying or no credit/problem credit programs.  You can also lease selected residences with an option to purchase, which gives you another way to lock in todays great values.  If you¹re a first-time homebuyer (or if you haven't owned a home within the past three years), you may be eligible for up to $8,000 in tax credits when you buy a new home.  What's more, the law also makes it easier to qualify for the affordable financing you need to buy your home.
