Both CRV Enterprises, Inc. and Gold Creek Homes (Gold Creek, Inc.) are led by President Ryan Voorhees.

Gold Creek Homes was created in the 1990's, to serve as the residential home builder.  There are currently several new home communities by Gold Creek, Inc. in Calaveras County.  Sagebrush Estates near Burson was built in 1995.  Gold Creek Estates, in Valley Springs, is a gated, master planned community that will ultimately be home to almost one thousand residences including townhomes, single family homes and half acre estates.  Other neighborhoods that are either currently selling or are in the planning stages in the Valley Springs, Calaveras County and the surrounding Sierra Foothills areas include Olive Orchard Estates, Walnut Grove, Cabral Ranchettes, Charbeneau Estates, and Camanche Oaks, among others.
